This simple full body workout is perfect for when you are busy, schedule it in to your diary for 5 days each week.

If you have lots of energy then you will enjoy doing the workout and if you are tired, it will get the blood and endorphins pumping so you will have more energy for the rest of the day!

20 Half Press Ups

20 Bicycle Crunchies
