Amy started working in the fitness industry aged 14 years old as an Assistant Gymnastics Coach, she worked her way up to Club Coach before transitioning over to personal training and working with clients outside of a gym environment. As an Advanced Postnatal Wellness Practitioner, she now focuses her time on postnatal women, helping them with the changes that have happened in their lives, both physically and mentally.
